Day two of the thrid meeting of the Transitional Committee (TC2) of the Loss and Damage Fund agreed at COP 27 was largely closed to observers however at the end of the day observer constituencies were invited to present statements and answer question raised by Transitonal Comitee members. This one hour session was  webcast.
